Cheeven integrates CAD/CAM/CAE and other globally advanced computer design systems into the mold design and die-casting processes, and applies casting simulation analysis technology to help techniclans visually analyze the flow and solidification process of the melt inside the cavity before the actual test, so as to predict posslble defects, their sizes and positions, thus effectively shorten the trial production cycle and reduce the production cost. This constitutes the core competitiveness of our company. Cheeven is devoted to the development of die-casting molds for aluminium alloy products . We explore techniques to improve die life , die-casting production efficiency and reduce the failure rate in use . We take professional measures in material selection . Steel , hardness and surface treatment methods are chosen according to product structure , wall thickness , process , height and product use requirements .
Our die casting workshop is equipped with nine 200-280T , and one 1600T , 800T and 500T cold chamber die casting machines respectively , with complementary automatic soup feeding machines , sprayers , pick up machines , mold temperature machines and water /oil cooling systems to facilitate automatic die casting production . After the commissioning of the die , the material certificate , test report , drawings , spare parts , die use instructions qualified test template and model size report will be provided to the client .
Our machining workshop is equipped with tens of CNC procession equipment,with strict quality management to meet client requirement。 According to client needs (drawings or samples ),Cheeven provides manufacturing , processing , sand blasting and shot blasting , baking finish , passivation , oxidation , powder spraying , electroplating and a series of back-end - services for zinc & aluminium die casting molds and products . Products include LED energy-saving lamp accessories , auto parts , communication parts , power tools accessories , medical devices , mechanical instrument accessories , etc . We have the CMM measuring device and conventional testing equipment to carry out full-scale inspection of key parts of die production to ensure quality stability . We have special mold testing workshop to detect problems and eliminate them through the process of small batch trial production .
